Therapists are trained in many different models of therapy, that are evidence-based and proven to achieve positive outcomes. Equally as important as the type of therapy, are the “therapist factors”, in other words, will you and your therapist be a good fit.
I create an atmosphere of compassion and focus that allows us to get to the root of the problem in a non-judgmental and considered manner. Together we will both listen, reflect, and deeply consider the patterns and obstacles that have led to the difficulties you are experiencing. We will keep anxiety to an optimum level so you can stay focused whilst facing difficult topics.
